When I called them to ask for help they conveniently "couldn't pull up my records" and told me I would get a call back in 30 mins. I was never called and they have stopped picking up my calls. Do not use their services. They were extremely expensive and not at all worth the cost."

"Very pricey, payed $387.33 to file my personal tax and $600 to file my business so that's about $987.33 that I spend to file taxes with him. On top of that my last experience was not very pleasant. I had a few questions about my return after I received it, went to the office and had to wait super long to ask a few simple questions. And Emerson didn't have the decency to address me himself as he related the message to his secretary which ended up giving me inaccurate information and I had to go back there a second time frustrated in order to get a proper explanation. I will not be paying all this money to get treated so poorly. Poor customer service."

"Long wait time if you go during tax perp season, but that's understandable. Emerson will answer question that you have. Filing price starts at $250 (basic) and up. He'll try to squeeze the most out of your return and explain the stuff and such. If you have a simple tax return (w-2, 1040, ect), you may just want to stick with software based tax perp as his fee is a little high."
