"First of all, extremely difficult to get in touch with him. Lab testing appointments were unorganized, had to leave the hospital twice because of appointment issues. Dr. Tassan will never call you to tell the results. I had to spend so much time and energy to get in touch with the doctor, where the conversation was over in a couple of minutes. I am not happy with doctor’s interpretation nor his recommendation on our results. Unprofessional, poor patient care. He just keeps repeating the lab result values instead of exploring different options. Wasted so much time and energy. Not recommended AT ALL."

"Dr Robert Tassan is a great Doctor. I could not ask for a better Doctor. He is a great diagnostician, and knows his field. He is always friendly with a smile, but direct when asked a question. You never feel rushed out the door. He takes his time and goes the extra mile for you. He really cares about his patients, and their well being. He saved my friends life with his correct diagnosis and quick actions pertaining to my friends CLL cancer, and as for myself, he has taken care of my B12 and Iron deficiency, and as for his office staff, they are all great and make you feel comfortable. The office is cheery and clean. The chemo team is great and they are very compassionate toward all the patients that I have seen in the chemo room. Sincerely, Linda Adamca"

"Average. He seemed disinterested in caring for the patient and had a condescending manner. We went twice just to see if he would warm up, unfortunately he did not. Oddly enough, he did not seem to have a technical understanding of this common hemo disorder, though he said otherwise. Needless to say we are no longer a patient. We are now seeing another doctor that understands this common hemo disorder, is caring, and compassionate."

"Unprofessional and uncaring staff and doctor. Wasted my time with this one. What kind of doctor recommends their patient to try taking oral medication to something they are allergic to? He clearly did not check his patient's chart. Their staff member lied to my face concerning insurance authorization. I went to see the doctor today, he has not seen my results until he had walked into the room to see me. Yet his staff lied and told me they have not received an authorization for a procedure that the doctor has not yet ordered."

"Dr. Tassan is a fantastic physician. He may be very direct, but couples this with incredible compassion. I don't feel rushed in my visits and he always genuinely asks if I have any questions or concerns. His office is super efficient and I have never waited longer than five minutes in the waiting room or the exam room to see him."
