The staff was able to arrange these appointments and imaging referrals were given with amazing speed. Dr. Gold answered after visit question almost immediately on the My Chart system."

"Absolutely AWFUL billing experience. Had a virtual appointment in November. Finally got the bill for it end of January. They didn't run it through my insurance and didn't attach my SSN so I couldn't just pay it online anyway. I called to ask and the woman told me she'd send it back through insurance and that I should ignore this bill as I would receive a new one. I called back in March to check up as I hadn't gotten a new bill and they told me it was still pending insurance. Imagine my surprise when I got a letter for collections stating the January balance. Never received a new bill and Hackensack says it is still pending insurance. Run away from Hackensack and this office. Update, my claim is out of collections but I know have been billed 2x for the same 15 minute videocall. Once as if I had no insurance and once through my insurance."

"I had a telehealth appointment as that’s the only way to see them in person if you’re sick. He was really pushing Covid on me. I tested negative three times. I have chronic sinusitis and needed some relief as I had flu like symptoms. I told him I was out for dinner the night before I got sick and he thanked Me for spreading Covid. I could do without the wise cracks. If we were in the same room I don’t think he would have been so loose lipped. Thanks for nothing doc. BTW he is not my regular doctor."

"Worst Dr experience I've ever had. I was in and out within 60 seconds. He failed as a doctor today. My recommendation to you Dr.Gold is if your heart isn't in the profession anymore and you're so miserable while doing, STOP practicing. You failed me today and I had to find a different doctor to do what you couldn't. People are sick and don't want to be there anymore than you do, believe me."
