"Dr Rashid and staff are very passionate about their patients. I didn’t have an appointment so I did a walk in visit, was seen immediately and treated with kindness. Most providers out here would've rushed the visit being that you weren’t scheduled. Dr Rashid takes her time to listen to your concerns and give positive feedback. Her Office staff are professional and is always willing to accommodate the patient! I love it there."

"My mother, brother stepfather and myself have been going to her for years, I switched Primaries because I moved quite a distance but recently switched her back to my primary because there just isn't any one like her. So it's worth the drive. And sometimes the wait is long because she takes her time with you, so just remember that when youre in the room and it's your turn."

"I took my mother for her first visit to see Dr Rashid and upon signing in, was not told that the Dr was not in, but that her assistant will be seeing all her patients. After 1 hour, finally the receptionist gave me forms to fill out for my mother and still there were several patients waiting to be seen. This receptionist was doing everything, she was a star because she was sending the patients in, working behind the desk and taking all the phone calls. She was all alone but after 2 hours of waiting and hearing another patient complain that she has been in the room for 30 minutes and no one has seen her, I decided enough was enough. So I left the place and will not be returning back. I'm patience with people and usually never get mad about things like this because I understand Dr offices can be overwhelming and Drs can be backed up with patients, but the lady waiting in the room for 30 min for the assistant was told the assistant just walked out. I mean, come on, how unprofessional, irresponsible, and incompetent can this office be. The receptionist tried to hold the fort well, but sorry, this office needs help. So for that reason I gave them a 1 star."

"Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Don't be fooled by the reviews. I swear they are written by the office staff themselves. I have never encountered such an unprofessional and negligent doctor and office such as this one. If you want to go to a place where the doctor doesn't even care to get to know her patients,forgets the reason why you are back for follow ups, rushes you during your visit, and asks you questions that she should be answering you about; then she's the right fit for you. The office did not request my medical records from my previous doctor til a year later and they don't ever return your calls or know how to provide service to the patients. I remember going in for a physical once and afterwards it took about 2-3 months to hear back from the doctor with test results which should've taken max 2 weeks. Mind you I was calling 3 times a week every week for my results.The level of unprofessional-ism was when I received a letter from my insurance saying that they have not paid the claim because the office sent in the claim way after the time for filing. That speaks for itself. So due yourself a favor and DO NOT go to her. I can't even explain how much I DO NOT RECOMMEND this doctor and office."

"I've been going to this doctor all my life. My mother and her mother has gone to this doctor. But, over the pass few years the service here has decayed. The staff does not keep accurate records of payment. And therefore send you a bill two years later. When I reached out to them they stated " this is been happening a lot if you could just bring in your receipt we can delete it from my billing department". So I politely agreed I proceeded to look up their billing department. Wouldn't you know the building department is in the building and is the staff members. So going forward I would no longer be using Dr. Rashid and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I recommend to everyone who reads this to do the same. Because as far as I'm concerned if you are not keeping accurate records of payment and then sending a payment later on from a two your visit that this is a scam. I make my payments right there before I leave. Hope this helps."
