"If I could give zero star, I would. My mother in just passed away after battling state 4 liver cancer last week. The doctor was callous and negligent from the very beginning. It took months after she started her radiotherapy, which was useless because my mother in law was already on the 4th stage and eventually had to start chemo, but the cancer already got much aggressive. My own mother died by breast cancer in 2002 at Memorial Sloan Kattering Hospital in Manhattan; but I had the closure after her death knowing how aggressively her oncologist treated my mother knowing the last stage of cancer. It bought my mother some extra years. My mother survived for 10 years (initially predicted for 6 moths to one year survival), while my mother in law only survived few months since the time of diagnosis. This oncologist simply gave up from the very beginning. She was rude and cold with the patient's family members. I am not sure, if it had anything to do with religious or racial bias. Well.. we'll never know, because our loved one is gone forever. Our family is devastated."

"Cancer is far more aggressive than her. We Had to wait two months for treatment to start. After my family member got diagnosed by her, Radovich made us wait 2 months to start treatment. I kept calling and begging her office because insurance also takes time to approve these procedures. After begging for 8 weeks, she decided on what type of cancer she wanted to deal with, when she knew all along what it was! I still haven’t figured out why she made us wait that long to start the treatment. By the time she decided to treat, it was too late. Instead of one cancer cell there were multiple cells growing. My best friend’s mom had her treatment started the next day after diagnosis in New York and she survived stage 4 stomach cancer. Dr. Radovich is more like you will die anyway so what’s the point! She was very harsh with my family member, who had hard time digesting the news. From the beginning she was very negative and kept saying prepare for the worst. She did her chemo for about 7 weeks then started oral chemo stating that chemo didn’t work. We don’t really know what the catscan report says. She gave us an interpretation but I am doubtful about it. When we went to ER she still didn’t interpret the scan. I had to find the Radiologist to get an interpretation. He said the tumor did not get big but does not seem to know the reason for pain! This Onchologist gives you no hope or a timely treatment. Having someone like her as a doctor is not any less punishing than having Cancer! Well God can see everything. I leave the matter to God. I am writing only to warn people that she is the worst oncologist you can possibly imagine."

Not only is she extremely proactive, and knowledgeable, but she has that perfect combination of intelligence professionalism and the effortless ability to put you at ease...I have never met a Doctor like her... She is able to address all of your concerns before you have to ask. She is beyond patient with your questions and she obviously has tremendous empathy and understands what an impact a cancer diagnosis can have. I did go for a second opinion, but having met her first, no other Doctor can measure up to her level of compassion, and efficiency. Her staff is also excellent. Mary Fran is very warm and caring. The whole overall experience is beyond excellent, I wish there was a 10 star option, I'd give her an 11!"
