"Hope was the most unprofessional tax person I’ve ever worked with. After getting my tax documents almost a week before the deadline, after accepting to prepare my returns, she was unresponsive, dismissive, and ended up never preparing them and me finding out only the night of tax day. Avoid her at all costs. Only saving grace (and extra star) is because the branch manager, Beth, and another tax professional, Paul Ewen, worked til almost midnight to clean up her mess and get my return in on time. Thanks to both of them."
