"I would also give this place 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment with my elderly parents for a business consultation. We had a 9am appointment with Ellen and upon arrival we were met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. She started off complaining about how her husband made this appointment and she didn’t even have time for us. She kept ranting and complaining, then came into the booth area with a notebook and asked what we needed. When I explained that we just needed one form completed for old taxes, she passed the form back to us and told us to fill out the top then disappeared into her cubicle again. We could hear her making a phone call to someone and complaining about not having time for us. The manager came in and we gave a complaint about her behavior but she was rude and disrespectful to him as well. Continued to complain about her workload and lied about trying to contact us the day before by phone. He did try to help by saying someone else would assist but they even called my mother later and just said they couldn’t help and that it would be too expensive without even quoting a price. How could one form be too expensive to complete! The best people in the place were the manager and front reception. I feel sorry for them having to work with this team on a daily basis. Will never go back."
