"The worst 1st time experience with this location/H&R block in general TL;DR : Avoid H&R block at all costs. There are many better ones out there who will treat you with respect and are accountable Have emails from two of their tax pros confirming that my 2021 taxes that I filed in person at this location in April 2023, have been received and accepted by IRS. Fast-forward 1.5 months later, I drop by the location to check on my refund status and they say my 2021 taxes were never filed with IRS. I speak on a phone later that day with “Philips Cameron” a tax-pro at this location who was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. Basically telling me that asking about the April confirmation of Taxes was a “moot” point and he doesnt care about that also the best one was that I can sue or do whatever I want to H&R block, it is not his concern. Have spoken to multiple customer service reps since then and no resolution. They don’t have an answer for what happened with the filing I did in April in office..So they are asking me to file again from the start. What Joke of an organization this is"

"The front services helper is truly the worst in this location. Racists and disrespectful. The lady with a tattoo of Saturn (her name will be updated) needs to be re train or let go. You are paid to do a job, not display your nasty attitude."

"If you are looking for a reasonable priced place, GO ELSEWHERE!! They charged me $412 to do my taxes and I don't even own a car or a home or have dependents to claim. It would cost even more if any of these applied."
