"Wow rachel was extremely rude and unhappy because they provided me 6 stale cupcakes yesterday and i brought back 5 cupcakes today, she then told me they were cooked yesterday morning, i then proceeded to explain how my mom had bought for her friend on thursday and they were very moist m. Rachel then proceeded to tell me im only getting 5. She also didnt give me colored frosting only white frosting! Horrible customer service !!! She couldnt give me 6 new cupcakes because her life was sooo hard and she couldn’t provide me colored frosting because shes very miserable ! I think you need to reevaluate your employees !"

"I was skeptical because it was my first time ordering from this company but my experience was wonderful. The Pinkalicious Cupcake Bouquet were adorable! The chocolate covered strawberries were great and the bear was perfect! It was delivered with care and great packaging. I would highly recommend."

"The Cup cake bouquet that was supposed to be delivered was left out side the building and the reason I got it was because I was leaving the building and saw my name on the bouquet. I was disappointed first the company doesn't delivered the bouquet and the cup cake bouquet has no taste and were not worth the money my niece paid and I couldn't see myself telling my niece the Mother's Day gift she send me was a ripped off. "The cupcakes from this place are fantastic. I placed one order for six cupcakes. Our entire family and both sets of grandparents were stunned by how closely these cupcakes were done with flowers. The recipient did a double take, at first she thought they were just a small bouquet of flowers. And they were delicious. Honestly, the icing was a little too sweet for us. Maybe they need to do something in particular with the icing to get it to hold its form so well. But still really great cupcake cake and frosting, the kids loved it. In the packaging was really sturdy so I got home safely"

"Had ordered for cupcake bouquet,and I got what I expected. It was really good and its also a good valentines day gift for those who have a sweet tooth. I'm giving 4 stars for 2 reasons. One, I find the bouquet of cupcakes to be a bit pricey. And second, the cream on top of the cupcake is very sweet. It's all sugar. As written above, people who have a sweet tooth will definitely love it :) But other than these two reasons, the presentation and other features of the cupcakes was really amazing..! :) Below are few photos of the cupcake bouquet:)"
