"Great food, however EVERY TIME I order there's at least one mistake or something is missing. This time, I confronted about my missing item and the employee stated "that is impossible to do that" although I had already paid for this item. I still got my missing item anyways, but my less than 5-star rating speaks for itself here. This business NEEDS TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN EMPLOYEES AND THEIR CUSTOMERS, and once it does they will fully deserve a 5-star rating in all areas."
