"Lady who answered phone was extremely rude! She was so nasty going on and on about how many animals she had and how she couldn’t take anymore and how she didn’t want volunteers because of her dad. It was all extremely unnecessary as I was just looking for information. She gave me names of other rescues and I’m so glad she did. They took the baby right away and were extremely friendly"
"I'm sure that Hope, or whatever that lady's name is, is decent at what she does, but I have to give one star, because she is 100% the most miserable human being that I have ever interacted with. She is rude, curt, and downright unpleasant. It's no wonder that she only works with animals, as I can't imagine that any self-respecting individual would be able to tolerate her for 9 hours a day in the corporate world. She is the epitome of everything that I strive NOT to be in life. I spoke to her on the phone before I brought her some baby bunnies, and she practically hung up while I was still speaking. It's amazing that people like her are allowed to work in a job that requires so much care and compassion. If only those animals could speak after their release..."

"Hope has a heart of gold and is trying to do so much for wild animals, both large and small. She took in the baby mice I found in my basement the same day I called. While I'd never thought that much about mice, observing the babies interact and play and explore, it underscored to me that each living animal has it's own personality and adorability!
