"The therapists are unprofessional and honestly do not seem to care enough about what I’m talking about. I have not received the therapy or services I was under the impression I would receive. It’s more of a friend chat then speaking to a professional therapist to give you tools or anything to help manage your mental health. Waste of time and expectations."

"I had been referred to this organization (by the court)for the homelessness prev program ...due to a medical issue I had been dealing with, I had become a few months behind...Selena who was very short and rude with me, blamed everything on intake (misinformation) and when I addressed the attitude she was giving me she blamed the guidelines... For reasons I still don't know-I felt it was necessary for ME to apologize to her for causing her to give me an attitude... This is honestly a last resort for many people like myself and with that in mind I think the "bedside manner" needs to be improved with Selena... I spoke with the IRS and DMV today and they were both more pleasant... I'm awaiting a supervisor's call ...hopefully this can be addressed... It's unacceptable that I've been upset for over an hour because of how I was treated. I do not expect anyone to break their protocol but we had discussed it three times previously so it would have been great to know this in advance not after three phone calls and having the same exact information today she tells me I'm not qualified "guidelines""
