"In a nutshell: Brilliant and wonderful. If you need any help with your acting technique, your preparation for an audition or a part you're going to perform (on camera or on stage) this is the place to go to. And thx to the internet, you can take online classes, which work amazingly well. There are different formats of the online classes, each with it's own merit and value. My suggestion is: just give it a try (I recommended it already to fellow actors and they all love it), you'll probably know after one class whether it's the right thing for you or not.
