"Iv been in mental health recovery since i was around 12 and i have been to many places in ny/nj and this place by far is one of the best places i been to. They are very considerate and compassionate every person iv met there makes me feel welcome and they do their best to keep a rotation system so they can help as many people. They will not rush you out the door either tho. If you have an issue with your medication or need mental health intervention this is really the place to go."

"I ended my month with EISS. Jill was my Therapist, she was really good on listening, advising and helping; she is so kind and nice. Ayana helped me looking really good and nice places to continue with my therapy and everything; she so sweet. And Denise, she increased the dosis of my medicine and it has really helped me significantly; she is so nice and a soft person. In general the team is amazing, the ladies at the front desk are so kind and nice and helpful, the place is always clean (rooms and everything) people there smile a lot and help you if you need anything. They really understand you and are committed to give you real help. I so recommend this place. I had the best experience with them. I’m even gonna miss them all lol."

"As someone with experience in many facilities. EISS was hands down the worst and least affective “service” I’ve ever received, as a young woman seeking voluntary help. From the receptionist to the psychiatrists, it seems like they all lack the compassion as to why they went into the profession. (And basic psych 101 knowledge.) I did not receive any coping mechanisms or direction in “therapy” from Kim. The psychiatrist Denise is just going through the motions, advised me to stop taking medication I needed, and did not follow up with any medication monitoring. Do yourself and children a favor and run far away from this place and it’s miserable staff. Another disheartening step in the quest for mental health support. Additionally they send services and law enforcement to your home unannounced under fictitious claims if you express your dissatisfaction with the service. Good luck out there. This place is not helpful."
