"These past 9 weeks working with David went by sooo fast!! It was my first acting class and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences ever. He is such a dedicated teacher who takes such passion in this art and it shows week after week during each class. I could physically see myself be more confident after each week and it’s all thanks to the undeniably welcoming atmosphere created by David and the other amazing actors who come to learn. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re a professional actor, this is the place to be!! David holds everyone to such a standard where you start to believe more in yourself and in turn, see results in yourself that you never would have believed you could had you not joined the class! I am so beyond thankful I found such an incredible coach and such a comfortable space to hone this craft. I’ve broken through barriers in these past few weeks and have seen such growth within myself as a person and actor. I will definitely be coming back for more training and can’t wait to see what more I learn from David!"

"I am so glad I found this amazing place to foster my ability as an actor and make new friends. David's class is truly the best acting class I have ever taken. His class has become a safe space for me to be vulnerable, go crazy, and have fun! David is an amazing instructor that deeply cares about his students and their careers as artists. The first time I audited I immediately felt welcomed and knew this is where I belong. Thank you David for everything you do for us."

"There is no acting class in New York City that compares to ActorClass! It is the place you NEED to be if you want to be an actor. To be honest, I’ve been to so many acting classes where all they do is sugar coat and they don’t really push you. Then, as an audience member watching someone not do a scene well and then watching the coach tell them they did great, I would feel like I wasn’t achieving the proper training or the real truth in my own performances. I couldn’t help but think they were just trying to take my money and keep me stagnant. The acting coach Dave Epstein with ActorClass is just the most passionate acting coach I’ve ever worked with. Just with his love for acting and his energy alone, going to any other class would be taking the biggest step backwards. He tells you what you need to hear for your own growth, and will literally show you how to perform with his own acting. My growth in the last 4 months has far surpassed the growth I’ve had ever and I know it’s due to his love for acting and his one on one notes with you as an actor. He makes you want it so bad and I’m truly blessed to have found Dave. Sign up for ActorClass if you want to grow and become the actor that you know you are!!!"

"David and his class was an amazing experience! This was my first acting experience and class and David and the students were all extremely welcoming, supportive, and fun to work with. All of the students are dedicated to their craft and work, and it inspires you to do the same and put in a level of effort to get better and work on your skill sets. David is honest and respectful with his feedback to help you further progress in your acting skills and doesn't beat around the bush. It's extremely evident how much he cares and wants to help and see you succeed if you show up with respect and work hard. I would recommend this class to someone just starting out in acting or someone who has been at it for a number of years. It was a great experience and I'm excited to continue to explore it!"

"David is an amazing teacher and he gives the honest, uncompromising appraisal of your work that you need to not only achieve your acting goals, but to learn and grow as a human being. Dave doesn’t make it easy, you have to put the work in yourself, but when it finally “clicks” and you’re giving honest, truthful performances, you’ll know you are in the right place. You'll also have talented and supportive classmates - working actors and enthusiastic newcomers - to work with as scene partners. Highest recommendation both for beginner actors unafraid to jump into the deep end of the pool, and experienced actors looking to hone their skills."
