"Miss Nancy had a very rude disposition when we spoke on the phone. As I proceeded to speak she cut me off. I tried to ask her a question she didn’t answer the question and when I was calmly trying to explain to her that her customer service skills are bad she hung up on me. PS her voicemail actually spoke volumes about her but I gave it the benefit of the doubt but boy was I wrong. Never request services from this business"
