"I started running and really liking it, but I experienced intense shin splints and ankle pain. Scott helped me change my running form as well gave me stretches and exercises for my whole leg that gave me relief from pain in about 2 weeks! The best part was that he never had me stop running. My only hope is that I get injured again soon so that I can come back to this facility."
"Had pelvic floor PT for post-hysterectomy recovery and Amanda is a lifesaver. I had some personal issues due to previous trauma that were impeding my recovery and she was very kind, gentle and attentive and provided a sense of safety throughout the process. Pelvic floor PT is not easy especially with a history of endometriosis and adenomyosis and extensive surgeries. My work with Amanda helped me to get stronger, helped with urinary incontinence issues and significantly decreased my pain! Thank you Amanda!"
