"Excellent service with personalized care. Exceeded all my expectations. I wanted to improve my balance, strengthen my legs and regain some muscle loss. Marc, the owner, developed a customized program for my specific needs and there are definite measurable improvements since I started 2 months ago. Most seniors, like myself, can benefit from physical therapy programs to restore balance and agility, improve strength and coordination, and prevent falls and fractures.
