"On Thursday, May 18th, I was scheduled to pick up a corsage and boutonnière for prom. When my mom go there to pick it up, the store was closed. No one was answering the phone or emails. They are irresponsible and very misleading with their schedule. Keep in mind that I went to schedule the items 2 weeks advance."

"Received email that the flowers were delivered and they arrived an hour later. The flowers were wilting and very small for the large size I ordered and money I paid. I was, not at all, happy. Had to order more flowers from another vendor. Avoid this place!"

"I received a beautiful floral arrangement for my birthday 4/8/21. I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture. Roses that opened as beautifully as the smelled, carnations, baby’s breath, tulips too. There was another flower but I don’t know the name. They lasted the longest I have ever seen. More than two weeks. I changed the water as they aged and the carnations lasted until 5/4/21. They did a fabulous job and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you."

"Received a very generous gift from a friend, an orchid from Pleasantville flowers. It arrived droopy and in under two weeks of receiving it, the petals started falling off. I gave them a call directly to explain and spoke with a woman who asked me to send photos, which I did. She explained that she’d follow up with me and replace the flower, neither of which happened. I called back several days later (about 3 days ago) and they again took down my information and said the manager would follow up. Still have not received a call. Such a bummer to see such neglectful customer service from a small business nearby."
