"Lisa was an enormous support to me when dealing with loss, self reflection, change, and self awareness. Lisa allowed my true self to acknowledge my fears and manage my behavior appropriately. Our sessions were open, warn, and accepting. I felt safe and free. No to do lists or check off lists, or home work...at least it didn't feel that way. I have suffered many different forms of loss and continue to do so but with Lisa's help, I am able to manage and move forward, while embracing the emotions attached to these losses.
