"It is impossible to get a call back. Terrible. Dr. Monica was out of the office today and my daughter got a call back from a Dr. Lewis who was rude and yelled at her. He was gross and upalling. Regardless of the circumstances no one has the right to be so disrespectful, especially to a young adult with mental disorder. I work for Union County - Mental Health and the Alcohol & Drug Abuse unit and if I ever spoke to a consumer that way Dr. Lewis spoke to my daughter I would be fired! Definitely filing a complaint. I will not remove the negative feedback that is well deserved towards Dr. Lewis. I am not disputing the fact that Dr. Lewis called my daughter, it is the way he spoke to her and from my understanding from Angeliesse she asked him not to speak to her that way. Yes she is an adult but you were not behind the scene as a mother when Angeliesse was having a panic attack while speaking to Dr. Lewis and trying to leave to the airport for her international flight. Yes she was happy with the outcome but it was unnecessary stress that concerned me. Angeliesse will be seeking another facility upon her return. Thank you."
