"The old lady with glasses didn't even know the damn difference between a buffalo chicken roller and a buffalo chicken taquito. There wasn't any on the heater so i tried to ask her to heat up one but she kept pointing to the buffalo chicken taquito. I was being pretty patient and trying to explain the difference and even showing pictures but the stupid lady kept pointing to the taquito and giving me attitude saying thats what that is and there was no difference. I cant put into words how much i was trying to dumb down the difference and it wasn't getting through to her thick skull."
"Poor customer service. Called to see if there was an item in stock. Cashier says she doesn’t have time to look she’s ringing up people; rather then say if you don’t mind holding I’ll Check but it may be a little while as I have a line ahead of you."
