"This place is terrible and our experience with the audiologist Leena Patel was the most terrible experience we have ever had with a health care provider. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place especially seeing this audiologist, to waste your time and money and get your feeling hurt, like we did. My father saw Leena Patel three times to get hearing test and hearing aid over a year ago. She was extremely impatient, rude and unprofessional during all our visits. She had no sympathy or respect to patients. We didn't even know whether she did the hearing test correctly since she finished it quickly and didn’t have patience to wait for my father to respond. She didn't allow me to sit in the test room to help my father to understand her instruction, and asked him to repeat multi-syllabus English words she quickly whispered, knowing he doesn't know English and could not hear. When we asked her questions, she was impatient, frowning at us, raising her voice, or ignoring us. The hearing aid didn't help my father much, but he was scared and didn't want to go back to get it adjusted. He didn't want to get humiliated any more. Right after the visits, I sent an email via their organization's website complaining our experience of being mistreated, but didn't hear from them at all. We recently visited a different organization. As contrast, the audiologists was professional and treated us with respect and kindness, the hearing test took much longer and was done differently, and my father was very happy with it."
