"Chuck is an excellent therapist, empathetic but will also call you out on your preconceptions and detrimental thinking that are keeping you stuck in unhelpful or even destructive patterns of behavior. My two favorite tools I still use today from the work I did with him are a. He gently reminded me that I didn’t HAVE to do anything/be a certain way. My choices did not have to driven by my imagined compulsions and b. He constantly checked me on how I often confused my feelings with a value judgement. I would reccommebd Chuck to anyone looking for a goal-oriented therapist."
