"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After several years working with this CPA (and having a positive experience), this year I was floored when Ralph seemed to have made a 180 degree change in personality. After having submitted our documents early, Ralph replied thanking us for being punctual and that submitting early "was appreciated". Our taxes are very simple - my husband and I are W2. Ralph has always provided no more than a 2 week turnaround with our return documents. This year, Fast forward 2 months and after checking in on the status of our return, we were told very bluntly that he would not be completing the return and would be filing an extension. I called Ralph and asked what happened, only to be met with a cold, uncaring, reply basically saying "it is what it is" "what do you want me to say?" "I am overwhelmed". Don't need to bore the general public with all the details, but if you are looking for a tax guy/CPA who won't screw you over at the eleventh hour, do NOT use Ralph Loggia. There are plenty of other reputable, smart and punctual CPAs out there. He doesn't care to have long time clients or new business. Take yours elsewhere."
