"Great experience! Will never use Party City again after working with Balloon & Co. I contacted Balloon & Co. to create a photo backdrop for my daughter’s first birthday. I explained that I wanted to stay within my budget and they were so accommodating. The person I spoke to on the phone was so friendly! She was detail-oriented and asked about theme, colors, and what exactly I imagined. On the morning of the party, the set-up person was great and worked with my venue to find a spot for the balloons.
