"I have been going to this location for the past six months. This rehabilitation center is incredible. I have been to countless doctors for my back and leg issues with no help.Three months of seeing a chiropractor did absolutely nothing. I was ready to give up and then i was blessed to have met Jay Tan my physical therapist. There is no doubt that he is responsible for my recovery. Jay is so professional and was able to see what numerous doctors could not. It takes time and dedication from the patient and the therapist to be successful. I apppreciate their dedication of the entire staff including Jason (physical therapist) The team of Kim and Carolina compleate the five star treatment that you receive every time you walk in the door.They really make things easy for all the the clients appointments and insurance issues. "I am a Registered nurse and have been working for 33 years until I was injured while trying to calm an agitated patient. A lot have changed in my life because of the injury I sustained. Things that I have taken for granted like being able to do all the activities of daily living without pain. From the moment I stepped into Kessler of Hasbrouck Heights, I have felt a different vibe among the staff. They listen well to all the complaints of their patients, treat you with kindness and respect and encourage you to try and do your best to restore what was lost or find an acceptable “ new normal” while ensuring my safety during this pandemic. In the short time that I have been with them I don’t feel like I am inside a cold facility, I feel like I am with family. I don’t know if I will be able to achieve my goal of maybe totally alleviating the pain but I am sure Jessica, Lindsay, Paul, Ben, Ray and Kim will make sure I am on my way to do so. "My experience with Kessler Hasbrouck Heights was horrible! I made an appointment for what I thought was Wednesday November 13. When my son arrived for his appointment we were told rather rudely by the woman at the front desk that his appointment was for Friday November 15. I know I did not write down the wrong day when making the appointment, regardless of this ,mistakes happen and I would have been more than willing to come in on November 15. What I was very unhappy with was the attitude of the woman at the desk. She was extremely rude and did not apologize at all, which in my opinion would have put this matter to rest.. Nope she didn't and I wound up going elsewhere.."
