"I have used their tax filing services and purchased the additional "Piece of Mind" tax return insurance consistently for the past 2 decades. Unfortunatley when Sharon Walsh prepared my taxes in 2017 and 2018 incorrectly, I was faced with paying thousands of dollars to the IRS in taxes, penalties and interest as a result. I filed claims with H&R Block for the penalties and interest and was denied. Apparently, as I came to discover, the question that needed to be asked wasn't on the tax prep checklist. I reached out to H&R Block many times, the IRS, the Team Leader Tax Specialist and got stonewalled. Foolishly, I thought they were the professionals and for a long time, that was true until it absolutely wasn't. Buyer beware."
