"My husband and I had been a client of ATA a few years back . They charged an absurd amount of $300 + to have our taxes filed so we decided to stop going to them. We had found another accountant who charged half the amount. My parents however , decided to stay with ATA for the convenience of the group being able to speak Chinese. The group claims that they offer a level of service that exceeds all expectations with quality work. However , when my mother pointed out to her accountant that there was a misspelling of her name, she blamed my mom for the mistake . Customer service 101, you never blame the customer / client . Take your taxes elsewhere ..."
