Reviews
"Use this review as the universe telling you NOT to come here. They essentially killed our guinea pig, our little baby had a chipped tooth and hadn’t eaten in a couple days. She was anxious, weak, scared. Instead of simply filing the tooth & giving her some water with vitamins to not over stress/overshock. They injected the poor baby with TWO massive needles in her back, which were not related to the tooth issue she was originally brought there for. The vet says “she’ll be all good and eating again by tomorrow” our pet gets home all overwhelmed from that & after just 10. TEN. minutes, passes away. We call the vet immediately, secretary is rude and unsympathetic, telling my mom “it’s nature, you weren’t there” the vet answers our second call saying she KNEW our pet was weak and in shock, & it couldve been too much at once. Then WHY did you give her 2 needles (one was literally for vitamin C which can be given in water), when it was just for a tooth filing & put a weak pet through so much in one hour? Vet said they’d call back to maybe give a refund at the least or check in, never called us back. SO so heartbreaking, do not come here with a weak small animal, they’ll just wanna charge you as much money as possible & overload your poor pet."
"I brought my 16-year-old dog here on Sunday so she could finally be at peace. Everyone was very sensitive and caring when I explained her condition and the steady decline. They very kindly left her in her sweater and jacket to stay warm. I needed that for peace of mind. Dr. D talked through everything with me before I made my final decision."
"The staff and doctors were nice there was one receptionist in the front that was very rude and made me feel like she did not want to help me, I didn't get her name but she had red curly hair. It's not usually like that I'm always accommodated when I go there except for that rotten apple."
"I have been bringing my pets to Dr. ABRAHAM for many, many years. The office ran like a clock. The past several months, the front desk service has gone downhill. Without Elise, it's being run by young adults who always seem overwhelmed and confused. They don't answer the phones half the time. You have to wait so long for appointments. They close when they want. The wait time is ridiculous when you have an appointment. I brought my 16 year old cat in for bloodwork and the unexperienced tech stabbed her 4 times before calling for someone else at my insistence. They stressed her to the max. I only stayed because dr. Abraham is an excellent vet and I trust him. With Dr A. gone, I will not return. I have picked up my records. When I let them know why the response was "Sorry, we have been going through some things." BLUE RIVER fix this!"
"Without Dr. ABRAHAM I won't be bringing my 4 cats back. The office runs horribly. The new techs are not experienced. Office staff is clueless. Can't get appointments, can't get them to answer phones in a timely manner. They close whenever they want. I picked up my records."
