"Both my son & husband were treated by Cindy with excellent results. She is absolutely amazing, caring, and goes above and beyond for her patients. Will continue to refer family and friends to Cindy."
"Sadly I won’t be doing PT here anymore but I’ve had an awesome experience w the team . Honestly felt I’ve gotten the best treatment here when compared to any other PT locations I’ve been to thanks to Dan ! Everything you say and do is being monitored which isn’t a bad thing except for when something said gets interpreted incorrectly . Just glad they weren’t dismissive but the team wants to see you do better so thanks for everything . I see Cindy on a lot of these reviews she’s good until she starts with the aggressive coaching , I had to ask for Dan only during my visits cause I can tell when booked w Cindy , mentally speaking she seemed like she wasn’t always 100% there . Her massages were faint , at times there were signs of aggression . When asked Cindy to be easy - my session got cut short to 5 mins instead of 15 mins . I’ve tried talking to her on the side to see if there were any issues & on behalf of a excersise that was making me uncomfortable , but she refused to speak in private instead made me speak up in front of everyone . Later on that day I got scolded for what I said in front of other clients getting PT - it was deemed inappropriate but it wasn’t meant for the public to hear . Another time w Cindy I asked her to massage my spine , she ended up massaging around the spine . Now I didn’t know you can’t actually massage the spine itself but when I had asked if next time can she do the spine , cindy said “I just did” noooo u did not give what I asked , you know u didn’t do as I asked , you massaged around the spine that’s not what I asked for . she refused explaining to me that the literal spine can’t be massaged I had to find out from an outside source . so at the moment my response to Cindy was “OK” knowing she seemed illiterate. I didn’t want anymore fire with this woman so that was the last I’ve seen of her . Moving forward with Dan , Dan is great ! Very understanding , much easier to talk to and doesn’t mind an isolated talk about my PT . but another that’ll take your words and interpret them differently than intended . maybe he’s not listening correctly or rephrasing words on peoples reports is his thing but regardless he’s good at what he does ! He’s very calm , you can’t tell he’s been well trained . I never had any issues with the rest of the team I highly recommend this place for PT ."
"Cindy, Kim and Jada are the best!! They are very professional and compassionate. Cindy goes the extra mile to make sure you are not over doing things at home. My doctor is very surprised with my post-op progress and attributes it my physical therapy. The only suggestion is that there be a front desk person in the morning, so no one working with the patients has to stop what they are doing to to take co-pays or make appointments."
