"Had an accident at the gym & messed up my lower back pretty bad. Saw Wes & his staff for the first time last week & I can not rave about how fantastic he & his staff were from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, always greeted with kindness. Wesley knew exactly what he was talking about & was very reassuring. Talked me through the exercises we would be doing & stayed alert while I did said exercises. Young lady at the front desk was sweet & ontop of my paperwork & schedule. Facility was clean, nice music & lots of equipment. Highly recommend !!"

It wasn’t easy getting my shoulder mobility back and there were times I did not think it would happen but Wes was determined to get me there and he did. He definitely does not have a one size fits all approach and created a program to help me get both my strength and mobility back. I always felt I received individual attention even on busy days. I hope to not need it but if I have any other injuries I would go back to Wes and PerformEX without question."
