Flowers On Route 88

"If I could give a zero review I would. We ordered flowers for one of our staff for her birthday. The website I ordered from had a number that does not work, and the location address is abandoned, as I drove there to see what the delay was. Upon return to the office I have an email with a different number. They say the delivery is on the road. Come 5pm I had to leave the office, my HR rep was here until 6:30 to ensure delivery. I arrive the following day....NO FLOWERS. After calling the new number they tell me the flowers are at the shop as they arrived after closing, but they are at Route 88 location. So, I saying will come get them. I arrived at the shop to be told that they were delivered, unreal. I ask to who and she says to someone named Joseph. We don't have a Joseph....so they call the driver. The driver gave them to someone outside the building, even though the directions clearly state to ring bell for delivery. I drive back and ask the neighboring businesses if they have a Joseph. NOPE. Yes, we received a refund but the communication and lack of professionalism was astounding. There is so much more to this story but i just can't at this point. Will never use this company again."

"I would of given 0 *’s to this florist as the flowers I order through Teleflora who use this florist look nothing like they should. Teleflora obviously do not keep the standard of quality they promise. I will never use either again The photos attached are of what I thought I ordered and what I got"

"Terrible service. Did not receive what I ordered what so ever. Despite it being an $85 order, it was delivered in a tin can rather than a glass vase, the colors were completely different with different flowers. Woman working there wouldn't even let me explain how the order was wrong and was extremely rude. Very disappointed, would not recommend."
