"Account tek has been doing my taxes since I was 16 yrs old. They are the best! I mostly go to Giovanni but I will go to anyone who is available there since they are very knowledgeable and they all try to give you the maximum refund possible. The wait is a bit long even when you make an appointment but I’m patient and can wait since I understand it’s taxes and it takes a while to finish. Overall, they are not bad and you should try them out."

"We were recommended here by co-workers. My wife made an appointment one week earlier as that's what they required. They called us the day before to confirm our appointment which I appreciated. It was 45 mins away from our home but since they were recommended to me we took the drive. We get there 15 minutes early and waited 45 minutes past our appointment time. At which point I was very frustrated and asked why we made an appointment and are still waiting 45 minutes, they told us they're running behind because the person before us has business taxes and that takes longer than regular taxes, as if that excuse is supposed to justify making me wait and make me understand. Ridiculous, what's the point of an appointment if you can't keep it, if the person before had unexpected items, then explain to them that you have an appointment schedule and have to keep it and ask them to come back. Not make a new customer wait 45 minutes on a Saturday. We left before even talking to a tax professional. I can't comment on their tax knowledge because their customer service is horrible and we never got that far."
