"Had an awful experience; it’s now July 7th and my taxes still haven’t been filed, and I’m being stonewalled, by the individuals who did my taxes, to speak to a higher up supervisor about my experience. I’m being told there isn’t anyone else that I can speak to and even if there were I would get the same response, which is unacceptable— essentially refusing to let me file a formal complaint or connect me to anyone other than the individual who filed my taxes. In addition to losing my business, they’ll be losing six family members and friends as well."

"I had my deceased parent's final tax refunds for 2021 and 2022 filed with CSI Group . 2021 was done wrong and said that my father was still alive. I asked for them to have them redone. I contacted them multiple times about that and they kept telling me that someone will call me back. Never happened. I did not receive anything back on that without a fight. I came in to the office to have the 2022 taxes and submitted the correct paperwork that they needed to have the taxes filed correctly for both years and they told me it was being filed electronically. I received a packet with the 2022 tax papers in the mail. I called them to find out why. They said that they were filed electronically and to disregard it. I decided to contact the IRS and the NJ division of taxation. They never received anything so I ended up up sending it in myself and had to pay extra money to send it in by USPS (I was never told that I had to do that). After calling multiple times and finally not taking no for an answer they agreed to email the tax paperwork and then told me that it had to be signed and mailed out. That should have been said months ago. After all the hassle, stress and extra money that I had to spend (I wasn't told that I needed to), I asked for some compensation to make things right. To no avail. They acted like nothing wrong was done and I don't deserve anything. This should not be done to anyone. This is extremely poor business. There should be no stress involved in filing takes after spending all the money that I have spent to have this done correctly and to be correctly informed"

"Guess it’s time to rewrite my review!!! Updated review They have done our taxes for a very long time! We even had your lawyers rewrite my mothers will. So we meet with Jack to go over my mothers finances. He was going to get back to us and we were going to transfer her money over to CSI to handle for her. We were offered a $10 gift card for a 5 star review. NEVER received the Dunkin’ Donuts gift card plus I’ve called Jack many times and left messages but never got a call back! So we found someone that is interested In handling my moms money and returns calls. First review My wife and I have been using CSI group for our taxes for well over 20 years. The prices are very reasonable. The people we have dealt with have always been friendly and professional but still make you feel very comfortable that they know what they are doing. I’m confident in their ability to handle my family’s tax returns and more. They are very knowledgeable and answers almost any question I’ve ever asked!! Highly recommend them!"
