"This is a mixed rating. I went for an initial evaluation and had no problems with the therapists. They were all great and attentive. The back office however, is poor in customer service. I have called on two occasions to schedule my follow-up visits and get the same message - "there is no one available to answer your call". My doctor has issues with the back office answering calls also. Not good!"
