"The 2 times I've had to pick up a rx for my mother at this pharmacy it was not ready even though it was called in HOURS before. I wouldn't expect instant accessibility if they had 30-60 minutes (although lots of pharmacies offer that) but their excuses of being short staffed, vaccinations and busy just don't cut it. I don't expect to be told to sit down and give them another 20 minutes while they have already had hours."

"I have been to this store many many many times. There are so many unbelievable lovely and helpful people that work there, we will start with Dorothy the pharmacist ; she is kind , helpful and so knowledgeable. Then Miss Bliss , Edgar, Steve and another lovely lady in the pharmacy (there at nights with long hair and glasses) tand a woman who is there first thing in the morning in the front. THE should all be recognized by the company !!! These lovely people are there with smiles on their faces and so kind to me personally and others no matter how crazy busy they are!! I am in there so much and see their dedication to their job and how they treat others should be recognized and applauded . I make my way to get every prescription i have to go there . thank you"

"Let’s start with the ghetto clerk at pharmacy counter that looks like she just rolled out of bed and went into work. I guess professional attire is not required. I dropped off prescription at 11:40 and was told to come back any time after 1. I arrive at 1:50 to be told prescription is not ready because the pharmacist is on break. Yes, we all need breaks but why the delay especially if told it would be ready after 1. Now I am being told to wait another 20 minutes. Normally I would go with the flow but when the medication is for daughter in pain. It’s AGGRAVATING And again no professionalism by pharmacy clerk in her mannerisms or attire."
