"Truly one of the most bizarre counseling/psychiatry organizations I’ve ever seen. The psychiatrist doesn’t know my name, or my meds, and routinely either misses my appointments, or calls at the completely wrong time. Recently the secretaries have been nice but in the past they were just rude and impolite. Truly though, I feel like your psychiatrist should know your name, and your meds, especially when you’ve been working together for 6 months."
