"By far, the worst tax service (or any business service for that matter) that I have ever encountered. Incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. I reached out to Julia a few months ago and we agreed that she will go ahead and do corporate taxes for us. For the first month or so, she was fairly responsive (not as responsive as she ought have been) and now I cant even get a hold of her. I have been emailing, texting and calling (nearly 3 times or more a day) and I have yet to hear from her. She could have at least saved me valuable time and done me the courtesy by telling me she cant do my taxes. I have sent her all documents required to file my taxes and still nothing. The fact that she hasn't even done me the decency of returning any of my calls, emails or text messages is incredibly mind boggling to me. This is a business first and foremost and responding to your customers should be prioritized as it is just the bare minimum. If you come across their services, I strongly advise you think twice before doing business with them. Dont waste your time or energy. I am absolutely disgusted and stunned by the way I have been treated."
