"I owed two years worth of taxes which he filed for me. One of the returns he filed was rejected due to an error on his part. He did not contact me to inform me of this so I did not realize there was a problem until I received a letter from the IRS. After speaking with them I called him to ask him to revise and resubmit the filing which he should have done immediately upon being notified of the error from the IRS. He stated that he would look into it and call me back. He did not and instead had the payment withdrawn from my account prior to discussing the arrangement with me. He was aware that I needed to establish a payment plan. Due to his lack of communication my account was overdrawn. These complications stemmed from the fact that he does not respect me as a client or as a human being. The filing of my taxes was not handled professionally or in a respectful manner. I will not be filing my taxes with him again."
