"SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO SOMEONE ELSE PLEASE !!!! The quality of work has truly declined and it’s so unfortunate. I’ve been going here now for over 12 years and slowly watched it decline but tried to stay loyal because Pedro was my tax family but I’m officially over it. For starters last year I started the process really early because I noticed a decline in responsiveness for the past few years. Despite this attempt, it took me over 2 months to finally get in contact with Pedro to complete the process of filing my taxes. Not to mention, it was a self serving reason for his response because he was looking for a vehicle and knew that my fiancé was in the business. Here I am thinking that after having a discussion with him about the decline in his processes, I hoped for the best this year…. wish I didn’t have high hopes. I purposely started the process 2 weeks before tax season so that all Pedro had to do was submit my refund.. when it came time to simply do that, it has yet to be done. From January to now, still nothing. It doesn’t make it any better that there is no real professional coordination in the office so when you ask the staff, they don’t even have a guaranteed time of when he will arrive in the office. I’ve had him successfully answer my calls 2xs since January at which he promised to give me a call back when he was finished with his “current client” and to no avail. What Pedro fails to realize is that with due time he will lose those that’s loyal to him for a lack of communication and probably eventually lose lots of business as he’s not the only game in town and people will become frustrated, like myself and that plethora of people myself and my family have referred to him."

"I wish I could give this place 0 stars for how they handle their clients. This is by far the worst tax service I have ever used and encountered. I was referred to by a friend as I’m sure many people are and not only did it take Pedro and his team two months to try and do my taxes. They also never pick up the phone, when they do they have an attitude as if we are doing something to them as if paying them to do our taxes is an issue. Then Pedro never responds back to messages by phone or email, so unprofessional I will make sure I nor anyone else who I know will ever go to this place. Horrible by all means."

"I have been with them since 2010 back when they were on 170th street I only deal with carol who is great does great work and always get me the maximum refund I'm not going anywhere else my experience with them always good."

"Don't come to this agency at Jerome Ave. Bronx, NY 10453. They mislead you in Consultation. Not professional. They send me out of there office for asking questions that they where suppose answer pertaining their services. Also they overcharge for their services. If I was you go elsewhere, less headache and money."

"I wanna file my tax 2017 and 2018 but something went wrong. In 2017 I was the first on list. A spanish guy came after me and before I know what is going on the Spanish guy was attended to because they are both Spanish. Same thing happened today 01/19/2018 I was the second on list. Then a spanish lady came in and she was attended to first. Note( she wasn't pregnant or sick). That is not fair and I need to see changes but I'm a consumer. Please make correction to that or else I will have to go do my tax somewhere else Thank you."
