Graveling Point Beach

"I would give it five stars except there is not much here. I had a nice walk along the beach with a view of AC on a cool wintery morning. Will come back again"

"Very nice beach, nice shallow area to go swimming. It isn't that crowded but parking is slightly limited so you may have to walk a bit. The water doesn't get deep for a while as you are on the bay side and the water is calm."

"Our first time coming here! Love how it’s not crowded and it’s super cute and quiet. It’s free and you park alongside on the street. The ONLY negative thing is that the bugs and flies are bad. We got bit up within seconds and I spent the entire trip with itchy welts. Thank god I had Off with me or else I would’ve immediately left. Know this before planning your trip here."

"This is my family's favorite beach. Unfortunately this year there were more sand flies than normal so I do suggest wearing bug repellent. Other than that it's a nice beach to be away from the distractions of shopping stores and restaurants everywhere. Visiting the beach should be serene, that's exactly what you can expect from Graveling Point Beach."
