Cara, the Occupational Therapist, has assisted me in getting mobility and strength in my arm after my surgery. The exercises performed at the facility, and the at home exercises has gotten me ahead of schedule of a full recovery. Regardless of who helps you they are all very skilled at physical therapy, go out of their way to speed your recovery and they do push you if you've agreed you want them to (e.g., it could be painful, but we're there to recover). Sessions typically end with cold compress machine which really helps the soreness. Their overall attitude and welcoming personalities are fantastic. Even though I grunt and groan and nearly scream in my rehab, I trust them and would recommend them to anyone recovering from a physical issue."

My initial assessment was done by Shane and Andrea and they did thorough check on the back muscles, glut, calf and ankle.
