"Ainul Haq forgot to file my tax return on time. I provided them all the documents on March 21. I followed up with him multiple times and told him that I have not received my tax returns and each time he said give it another week. Then I finally did receive my tax returns on May 4 but i also received a notice from Department of Taxation and Finance, NY on May 5 that said; my tax return was filled late (April 26) and for that reason they imposed a penalty of $35.40. When I asked Ainul Haq what happened and why the tax retun was filled late his reply was; Something must have happened during processing and that he can not do anything about it. A total Incompetent person with no sense of responsibility."

"I wanted to give 0 star. It was my first time filing from here and my experience was horrible. We gave every paper on time to file our tax return but he filed after the deadline and denying to it. In that case we got letter from taxation department for the (filing delayed) late fee. Eventhough we provided him with our paper work by March 12 2023. And now they don't even willing pay late penalty to file the tax late. They say its probably the system fault where in penalty letter its clearly says 4/26/23. They are irresponsible and don't want to own their mistakes at all."
