"The worst company I have dealt with in the past 20 years. Incompetence, lack of customer service, mistakes, charges for cancelled services, compromised data - that's what you get from Avalara Inc. Stay away from this company! They compromised our data, my credit card is now compromised because of them! We have been trying to get things resolved with them for the past 3 months, and now are back to square one. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to work with. This is scam company that should go out of business!"

"DO NOT USE AVALARA!! I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. They were expediting an application for me which I paid almost $900 for. I was told it would take anywhere from 6 weeks to 3 months. All tolled, it took 11 months for the application to be completed. The absolute worst customer service!!! They didn't didn't even deserve the one star, but I had to give at least one."
