"Their service desk is great. The therapists? I've only experienced 3 psychologists at summit psychology services. One person was too much like "I've been an addict before, so whatever you're dealing with, I know it all. So, do not even think about saying anything against my opinion because I'm right and you're wrong." Another person was actually nice and seemed to have deep insight into many things in life. I wished he would speak his mind slightly more often but then, who knows, that could've ruined how great of a therapist he was. The other person was very great at saying a lot of things to make it seem like he is helping you but when you think about what he said later, you would realize he actually said nothing at all. He was good at making everything sound like you're the person who can think and decide, and you would realize he hasn't really done anything at all for you. Not ever suggesting any solid guide, never suggests any ideas. Yet he's good at stopping you from talking without making you feel like he's stopping you."
"I had to give an account of my mental health issues via phone to a front desk employee and then waited two weeks to receive a call that said there were no openings. I’m not sure why that wasn’t said before I had my time wasted."

"The psychologist I had supposedly known for PTSD therapy was awful she set me back years. Totally depressed. I was told my two insurance would cover the visit. They billed me the full amount and never contacted my two insurance co. Now they are billing me beyond the limit covered by the insurance company and will not stop."
