"Ordered an arrangement for delivery to my sister who wasn’t home at the time of delivery. Employee contacted me and offered to make other arrangements. My sister returned and spoke with the store who delivered the item again. Very nice service!"
"Have used this Edible Arrangements mulitple times. Recently, the service has gone down significantly. Ordered an arrangements for teacher's appreciation week yesterday to be delivered this morning. Called first thing this morning to reconfirm that it would be delivered early (since it's a school and the day ends at 3pm). After being on hold for 20 minutes, they got on the phone and said the driver had not arrived yet but would be going out on the first batch between 12pm-2pm. I advised them that since it's a school, I really need it to be delivered sooner rather than later, closer to the 12pm vs. the 2pm. I really needed it to be delivered earlier than 12pm and stated that on the original order. He said he would let the driver know and make sure that it was delivered as soon as possible. The arrangement didn't get delivered until almost 3pm. This is so unacceptable especially since they see that it was a school. I will not be ordering from this location again."
"I had surgery a week ago. 2 friends sent me a beautiful Edible Arrangement from the Ryders Lane, Milltown NJ location. It was a beautiful arrangement full of cantaloupe, honeydew, plain strawberries, partial chocolate covered pineapple and chocolate covered strawberries. The fruit was so fresh, sweet and delicious as was the chocolate. I will when needed definitely be calling this store. Thank e!!!"
"Upset with the edible arrangement at this location. I called earlier to confirm my mother’s edible arrangements would arrive earlier in the day or afternoon. Mind you, I have ordered these edibles over a week ago to provide the business enough time to prepare and deliver. I debated ordering from this location again, but I thought let me give this a second try. Well, I was notified it would arrive between 3:30pm - 5:00pm. It’s now 6:23p.m.., I called but the store is now closed got corporate again on the phone instead.. . So you think they can help? Nope, they basically said the left hand, doesn’t know what the hand is doing. Iva from corporate was not helpful at all and was pushing for me to call back tomorrow because of course, no one wants one wants to work the job and handle a warranted complaint. Not to mention, I could barely hear her as she spoke because of her background noise was so LOUD and she would not lower the volume of the party she had going on. It must be nice to work from home and party at the same time while telling your unhappy customer that they are corporate, but can’t do anything. They advise to call back tomorrow, this gift was for a special occasion! Tomorrow is another day. I believe they tell customers delivery will be between 3-5pm as a tactic so that if the delivery driver doesn’t show up or appears really late they don’t hear it. Edibles stop lying to your customers. I am not giving this location a third time."
"We order arrangements from here fairly often and I have to say that I was disappointed with the Mother's Day arrangement I received. It looked beautiful and tasted great until the next day when I noticed that some of the strawberries had fuzz growing from them. I had to trash the whole thing within 48 and it was such a waste of money. We were able to enjoy the box of chocolate covered strawberries, but the bouquet all went in the garbage."
