I had a bag of stuff and he wouldn't even look at the things that I had. I had a laptop he wouldn't let me plug it in to show him that it was working. Don't waste your time coming here exceptionally if your a person of color."

"This guy is extremely rude! Was getting aggressive on the phone with me, he didn’t even look up the tools online and then hung up. If I could give negative stars I would. Never have I ever been treated like that from a business. Also I tried to tell the guy what to type in so he could find it online easier and he started yelling at me. And if you’re not interested you can be polite instead of arguing and hanging up. Owner must be a joke if he’s sticking up for this guy."

"I walked into the store with my 2 children and wasn’t greeted properly. The staff came off very rude actually left me standing in the middle of the store waiting for someone to ask me “Can I help you with something”. One staff had his feet kicked up and was sitting behind a desk. The other staff was going through boxes. Bad service overall. As I can remember the staff said to me “The laptop is worthless without its charger it’s just a place to put your coffee on”. I wouldn’t suggest going here to sale their personal items. It’s not about the money, consideration and costumer could’ve been better."

The guys here are super nice George always puts up with my annoying vintage guitar question and I always get some kind of history lesson. Just the other day I found my pawn shop style gem of a guitar, and George gave me a great deal, and went through the ringer to tell me every bit of information he could find about it.
