"I went to Delson Associates for the very first time this year. Thomas Delaney prepared taxes for me, and at the time, was very respectful, and prepared my taxes while I waited. And that’s where the courtesy ended!!!!! Afterwards, I had my financial broker call Mr. Delaney to ask a question regarding the payment of taxes I owed. Mr Delaney answered the phone and just when we (Myself and my financial broker) thought he was going to answer the question my broker posed to him, Mr Delaney VERY RUDELY stated that he was NOT GOING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS and told my broker to basically do what he had to do. He said it was July (whatever the date was) and he was VERY BUSY. DO WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO DO!!!!"
