"This is the second time that I have done my taxes in this place, the first time I was attended by a man, and now by a woman Maha who told us that she would give us an amount and in the end it was about 4,500 less. We received a letter from the IRS informing us that they had made our taxes incorrectly, however we gave all the papers and receipt to this person, when we went to claim him he told us that we had to call the irs and ask him... I wonder? you do your job wrong and that's your answer??? Zero empathy from this lady? Giving incorrect amounts? The same thing happened to my father-in-law that out of 7,000 they returned 1,000 very disappointed"
